In order to finalize the group booking procedure for museum access, the following personal data will be requested:
  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
At the end of the procedure, an email will be sent containing the booking summary and a link for any cancellation and/or modification of the booking. The link also allows the user to delete all personal data from the system.  

Information

Booking is mandatory for groups composed of a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25 people.

During the booking phase, it is not necessary to enter the number of participants, which however cannot exceed 25.

Booking is not available for groups of less than 8 people.

You can book with a maximum advance of two months from the visit date.

Groups must arrive at the museum 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Maximum punctuality is required: in case of delays, entry may be postponed until the next available time slot.

It is reminded that for groups accompanied by authorized tourist guides, the use of a whisper system (microphone and headphones) is required.

Booked groups that have purchased their entrance tickets online will not need to go through the ticket office, but can proceed directly to the ground floor reception for access pass verification.
